At a time when one of the most pressing need of the people in this locality was quality education, the inception of Bridges Academy with XSEED program as the cornerstone of learning, has immensely benefitted our community. The world today needs children who grow up to be skilled thinkers and problem solvers. Since the program is based on constructivism rather than passive learning, over the years I have witnessed tremendous impact in my children and I believe it has had the same transformational effect on all the other children as well. With steadfast commitment and consistency shown by the management in all areas of implementation and execution, I am confident that students of this great institution are the leaders in the making.

As a parent, one of the most pressing concern for me was choosing an ideal school for my children so as to ensure they receive the best education. Bridges Academy is indeed ‘where transformation begins’ because it has truly transformed me. I count my academic experience in BAY as one of those important and substantial events in my life and one I will always deeply cherish. The education I received from the academy was spectacular. As an alumni of the school, I can well assure parents that BAY is truly prodigious enough to guide your child to the right course of life. The faculty genuinely cares for every student and wishes to see everyone succeed not only academically but in all areas of their lives. The teachers are passionate about the subjects they teach and make sure that each student grasps the concepts well. One of the most challenging times in a student’s life is when we have to switch schools. We go through the process of making new friends, adjusting with the new norms and regulations of the new school. However the teachers and students of Bridges Academy were very welcoming which speaks volumes about the well rooted values of the school. BAY opened my eyes to a new world of learning focusing more on understanding and analyzing rather than rote learning. Teachers were so approachable which made communication easy and that was the key which really had an impact in my studies. Four years of my life with BAY was a very memorable, precious and an enlightening journey. I pray and wish BAY more success in the coming days.

Bridges Academy will always hold a special place in my heart. My experiences in BAY cannot be contained in a single paragraph and I must say this note would speak more volumes than the written words. It not only taught us the book knowledge but also the social etiquettes and moral values to become responsible and competent individuals. I joined the school as a timid little girl but I passed out of BAY a confident young girl ready to face the world. My Journey at Bridges Academy: A Decade of Dedication and Growth

Since joining Bridges Academy as a teacher in 2012, my journey has been one filled with passion, growth, and a deep commitment to education. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching Science to students in grades 4 to 6, as well as Environmental Education (EE) to students in grades 9 and 10. This short history of my work at Bridges Academy highlights the transformative experiences, challenges, and accomplishments that have shaped my career as an educator and have reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education. Witnessing my students’ curiosity, growth, and dedication has been the greatest reward of all.

Bridges Academy cultivates a vibrant work culture that fosters a sense of belonging, collaboration, and personal growth characterised by a strong sense of community and shared values. Work becomes passion for all Bridgian Staff and hence the energy level remains high in all body, mind and soul. Needless to mention that such an atmosphere has been created by the wonderful school leaders Mrs and Mr Longkumers who are our role models.
